TOCA SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION Why become a corporate sponsor of TOCA? Several reasons.
By becoming a corporate partner, you receive the following:
Web Page Advertising There are two basic ways to advertise through our Web Site. 1. Run a banner ad (1 in. deep x 6 in. long) on our Home/Contents Page (or other appropriate place at advertiser request). TOCA charges $125/month (one-time rate) to run a banner ad to any company/association desiring to have a presence on our web site that is not a current TOCA corporate sponsor (or is a corporate sponsor at less than a level of $1,000). If a potential advertiser is a current corporate sponsor (at the level of $1,000 or more), we reduce the fee to $100/month (one-time rate). That's a healthy 20 percent discount. We can also offer a multiple discount rate, based on the $125 rate and $100 rate for current sponsors. For example: Advertise three times per year; take 10 percent off the one-time banner cost of $125/time. Advertise six times per year; take 15 percent off the one-time banner cost of $125/time. Advertise 9 times per year; take 20 percent off the one-time banner cost of $125/time. The bottom line: This is a terrific and cost-effective measure for a company to promote its products and services and support TOCA (maximum cost for an advertiser is $1,200 per year). In addition, this plan gives a break to many current TOCA corporate sponsors. 2. Provide advertisers an opportunity to create a page, which can be referenced on the Home/Contents Page, then placed on this (the Affiliations Page) area of the site. A fee of $2,500 to advertise on the Affiliations Page of our site for a full year or 12 times (once/month). We will reference the location of the ad on our home page. Remember: This is a full-page, 12-time schedule. That equates to $208.33 per month. (PLEASE NOTE: TOCA would charge an additional $500, one-time rate, if we are asked to create the ad for the web page.) If advertisers want less frequency, the following rates are available: One-time schedule rate - $300 per month Three-time schedule rate - $275 per month Six-time schedule rate - $250 per month Nine-time schedule rate - $225 per month. Remember, we also would charge a $500, one-time rate if we were asked to prepare the ad for the advertiser. Similar to the banner program, we will offer current corporate sponsors (those with sponsorships higher than $1,000 per year), a flat discount of 20 percent off the scheduled rate.
